Hancock Michigan Landscapes

From where I was standing it looks as if the train is chuggin up into thin air, the sky and snow blend together so well that the train creates the rule of thirds and the tree gives a balance to the photo. 

The mine hoist ~ Balanced, S-curve. The sky looked so beautiful it seemed like the right moment to capture this photograph. 

The old shack built into the incline of the hill was very intresting to me.  Shall I say it's gravitational pull captured my attention producing a balanced worms eye view in a great depth of field.
